hello,
I am currently using Ki67 as a marker for CD4,CD8 and CD19 cell proliferation. I am using oral TLR agonists to stimulate the cells and was wondering if adding in CD71 would make my stains more sensitive to finding even small populations of proliferating cells. thanks!
