While the administrator and moderators of the MyCyte discussion forums will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every message. Therefore you acknowledge that all posts made to the MyCyte discussion forums express the views and opinions of the author and not the administrators, moderators or webmaster (except for posts by these people) and hence they can not be held liable.

You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. Doing so may lead the administrators to ban your access to the discussions immediately and permanently, and your Internet service provider may be informed. The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that the webmaster, administrator and moderators of the MyCyte discussions have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time at their discretion.

Furthermore, you agree to respect the copyrights of all parties including, but not limited to, the site owner/developer (i.e., mycyte.org) and the participants in the MyCyte discussions. The copyright of messages posted in the MyCyte discussions is held by their authors. The copyright for the MyCyte website is held by mycyte.org.
